After completing a ramp in 2016 in the Town of Cicero, a positive relationship with its Code Enforcement department was established. A call was received from the town to ask if ONC could rectify a drainage problem at a residence. The sump pump was draining into the street gutter and needed to be diverted to a catch basin. During the site inspection it was discovered that Nancy, the resident, was having difficulty negotiating the very narrow front porch of her home.

During a very productive day, ONC not only rerouted the sump pump drainage, it erected a new porch stoop. with safe steps and spindle railings.
