Our client at the base of Syracuse’s Tipperary Hill was having difficulty wheeling their daughter down a makeshift platform and across a sometimes muddy and uneven lawn. After placing pieces of tile for drainage and fabricating a simple and safe walkway, there is now safe access and egress from the residence.
