Several of our Board of Directors have the pleasure and companionship of pets obtained from the Humane Association of Central New York. So when the Humane Association had a need for some exercise equipment for the dogs in residence, several volunteers eagerly donated their time. lumber and sand was brought on site and construction began. A deck with on and off ramps was built. A open ended barrel will be placed under this deck for a pass through. A sandbox then was built where dogs can dig for treasures placed in the sand. Volunteers at the facility expect their furry friends will have hours of fun in the backyard. Further additions to the play yard are being planned.
