Syracuse University Architecture students designed and began building a wheelchair ramp for the north side Westminster Presbyterian church. When the project stalled, Operation Northern Comfort was called in to assist the completion of this important project. Together with SU students, local church neighbors, a Methodist corp of volunteers and ONC’s ramp crew, the project is now complete.
