When Tom and Annette decided to relocate to a different home they were faced with a dilemma. Their adult daughter suffers from cerebral palsy, blindness and confinement to a wheelchair. A ramp was needed to transport her from the home to the driveway in order for her to be transported daily to a day care facility. Working with Arise of Oswego County which provided the material, ONC planned a difficult ramp installation. Using a powered post hole digger the deck was erected, giving a solid platform for the long ramp. Two days of hard work by several volunteers, the task was completed.
