The homeowner has a limited income and is trying to maintain a home that has had some safety issues. The concrete steps had deteriorated and become unusable. Cliff Bell and crew came to her rescue by installing forms and building a new set of steps. As an added bonus a few young ladies added their handprints to the finished project.
