At year end, a team of ONC volunteers assisted the Bahrema family in Oneida by installing a new hardwood floor. Jordan, who suffers from Muscular Dystrophy, is now able to safely get down on the floor to play. ONC constructed a 65 foot ramp in 2013 so Jordan did not need to be carried up and down the stairs in order to get to school. ONC will return in the spring to repair some weather related damage to the ramp.
Dion Mulvaney led this project assisted by Tom Kubicki and Tom Ogden. Jordan’s mother, Olga, and siblings Abe and Christina also worked along with the volunteers.
